PENTICTON AREA COACHING SERVICE 2009 - 2010
New Athlete Start-up Packages $175.00 per month +applicable taxes
Athletes who start on a program with Impact Multisport, beginning November 2009, are able to take advantage of a package that will ensure they start the season in the best possible way. This offer is available to beginner or experienced triathletes.
Includes:
LIFESTYLE TEAM Program $150.00 per month +applicable taxes
Ideal for all recreational and fitness lifestyle endurance triathletes, who enjoy the benefits of structured training program and being guided by a professional triathlon coach. This is a follow-on program, after completing the Start-up Package, or for experienced athletes.
PERFORMANCE TEAM Program $250.00 per month +applicable taxes
Performance team program is most suitable for, but not limited to, competitive and elite athletes, who have performance based goals, such as podium finishes and qualifying for Championship events - Nationals, Worlds and Ironman Hawaii. This program includes frequent 1-on-1 time with your coach, which is invaluable in achieving your goals.

Local 'Club' Program April - August 2010
Membership is open to all current Impact athletes, previously coached athletes and other area residents who wish to attend training sessions in a coached environment. This link displays the time table for Coached ‘Club’ training sessions that will take place after Easter for the summer months. Swimming: Coached open water sessions start on May 1st and will be run in the weeks leading up to the Oliver Triathlons (both Sprint/Olympic and Half-Iron distances). These will take place on Saturday afternoon in Oliver at Tuc-el-Nuit Lake, which is where both event’s swim legs are held. Starting the week of 7th June, Coached open water sessions will be held weekly on on Tuesday & Friday mornings, in Okanagan Lake. This program also includes the Ironman Course swim on August 20th. Cycling: Coached group rides will take place on Tuesdays and depart from the Training Centre on Westminster Ave, at 5pm (tbc). Running: Coached group runs will take place on Wednesdays at the Pen-High running track on Jermyn Ave, at 5pm (tbc). These coached sessions are an opportunity to complete high quality, triathlon specific workouts in a friendly, positive and motivating environment. All levels of athletes are catered for, and coach instruction and feedback is present in every session. The focus of each session is geared around those that are competing in Triathlons both locally and elsewhere throughout the 2010 season. In addition to attendance of the weekly sessions, included in a ‘Club Athletes’ membership are key training days throughout the season, these include: 22nd May: Team Training Day. Swim/Bike/Run on the Oliver Half-Ironman Course. 14th August: Supported Ironman course Swim. 20th August: Supported Ironman course Ride. Monthly Membership April to August Includes:
Costs: 'Coached' athletes: $200 per month* (includes program, and monthly meetings).
'Non-coached' athletes: $75* monthly joining in April $85 monthly joining in May $100 monthly joining in June or July

*All Prices include applicable taxes Please note: The schedule for coached workouts and meetings will vary from time to time, to accommodate Statutory Holidays and major races. For Coached athletes who are to unable to make a coached workout an alternative training session will be on your training program. Provision may be made for coached athletes who are unable to attend certain parts of the program. There are no ‘drop-ins’ offered for any of the sessions.
Important: For 2009-2010 Season, athletes will maintain a one-month-in-advance coaching fee status and one month notice for discontinuing service will be required. |
