ON LINE COACHING SERVICE 2011 - 2012
This program is offered to athletes, regardless of their location. Coach contact is via email, through coach monitored Team Impact WorkoutLog and regular phone consultations.
Programs are designed to take endurance athletes through all stages of a yearly training cycle. If you are new to endurance sport or an experienced competitor, all packages offer a personalized program, structured around your local training resources, work & personal commitments, your own strengths and weaknesses, your short and long term goals and upcoming events. Your coach will provide advice on all aspects of training and competition and help you develop sound training techniques, as you progress throughout the training year.
· To maintain a suitable level of coach contact, space is limited for these programs.
· Packages include advice on weekly training structure, training periodization, goal setting & event selection, training intensity, endurance sports nutrition & carbo loading, mental preparation, race strategies, strength training, rest & recovery.
· There is no start-up fee, however a 3 month minimum commitment with pre-payment for the first 3 months* is required.
· Post dated cheques** dated the first day of each month, are preferred.
· Major Credit Cards accepted (3% surcharge for credit card payment of coaching fees).
· All prices given are in Canadian Dollars
LIFESTYLE TEAM Program $150.00 per month +applicable taxes
Ideal for beginner, novice and recreational endurance athletes, who enjoy an athletic lifestyle and benefits of personalized training program & coach guidance.
Includes:
· Initial phone consultation and training program.
· Workout Log for personal use & Coach reference.
· Personalized training programs in 4 or 5 week blocks. (PDF emailed).
· Training Zone calculations Heart Rate + Power/pace if required.
· Monthly phone contact with coach (30 minutes/call at pre-arranged time)
· Weekly email contact with your coach (client initiated).
PERFORMANCE TEAM Program $250.00 per month +applicable taxes
Performance team program is most suitable for, but not limited to, competitive and elite athletes, who have performance based goals, such as podium finishes and qualifying for Championship events - Nationals and Worlds -and Ironman Hawaii. As this program includes frequent 1-on-1 (consultation) time with your coach, which is invaluable in achieving your goals, it is also suitable for any athlete of any level, who prefers (or requires) a higher level of coach contact.
This package (or level of service) is typically only required in the pre-season and race season.
Total package Includes:
· Initial Consultation and training program.
· Use of (coach monitored) Team Impact Workout Log.
· Training Zone information - (Heart Rate, Pace, Watts etc).
· Personalized training programs in 2 or 3 week blocks. (4 or 5 week blocks upon request)
· Weekly training feedback and unlimited email support.
· Fully dynamic training program - adjusted weekly if required.
· Bi-Weekly phone consultations with your coach (30 minute call at pre-arranged time), for: Review of current Training progression.
Training discussion & specific race planning.
Performance predictions & race strategy.
Race performance analysis.
