2010 Beginner Triathlete Packages

 

Impact Multisport are presenting a coaching and training package focused on those who are new to the sport and looking at completing their first Triathlon.

Your Coaches will be covering everything you need to know (or were too afraid to ask!), in a positive challenging and rewarding environment. Working with us you'll gain the insight, skills and knowledge needed to train for and complete a Sprint or Olympic Triathlon event.

We start training the week of January 25th and continue for 16 weeks towards the Oliver WCOC Triathlon on May 16th 2010.

 

 

Your Package Includes:

  • An initial 30min one-on-one coach consultation

  • Your Triathlon Training Program (as 4 x 4week blocks)

  • Bi-Monthly group meetings

  • 10 pool swims -coached*

  • 3 open water swims -coached

  • On course event preparation

  • Indoor cycling for 9 weeks (winter months) as two sessions per week

  • Outdoor Cycling & Running sessions for 6 weeks (fall months)

  • 10% discount on additional services @ Impact Impact Multisport

  • Your event entry to the WCOC Sprint or Olympic Triathlons on May 16th*

The Package Price is $600, or four $150 payments over the 4 months.

 

 

All meetings and cycling training will take place at the Impact Multisport Training Center located at 324 Westminster Ave, Penticton.

 

 

 

*A prerequisite is that you're able to swim 200 meters (8 pool lengths) in less than 10minutes. (If you can't and need help with this contact us)
